The specific areas of study scheme (DA), which can be taken at Purpan or any other one of the FESIA Schools is the opportunity for students to develop professional skills in a specific area of study.

The thirty-or-so DAs the FESIA has to offer concern the following 4 major themes:
Agriculture, areas of specialization, territories
Management and technology in Agribusiness
Agro economics and management
Environment and territorial planning

Each one of these programs combines teaching, case studies, professionals' accounts, trips and meetings with recognized decision-makers and consultants of each speciality. Students are required to set up and manage a project throughout duration of the DA.
