Now that fundamental analytical instruments have been secured, it is time in the third year to find out about more operational tools and methods.
An emphasis is put on
production, processing and exchange techniques.
The major types of
agricultural and food productions are studied from a business perspective. Simultaneously, general management and finance practices are learned.
Many
engineering methods are acquired: statistical methods, information systems analysis and conception, biotechnology, genetic engineering and marketing.
The human relations modules to be studied in relation to business and decision making.
Global projects are numerous. They lead the student to take into account the different human, technical, and economical constraints as wel as problematic situations, different dimensions and systemic global issues. (bibliographical dissertation, practical case study, study trip...)
During the end-of-year internship, students participate in the work and life of French and international companies. They gain introductory experience of organizational problems and the study of decision-making processes.
