Tuition Fees
Purpan's schooling fees are (2006-2007) equal for each one of the 5 years, and amount to 3.950 euros per year. These fees are payable in November or alternatively, in monthly instalments. They cover operating costs together with the Ministry of Agriculture's participation, apprenticeship tax and the research and consultancy contracts of our educational team. No extra costs linked to schooling are charged.
Social charges, the cost of complementary mutual insurance for students, personal accommodation and food expenditure are directly payable by students.
Internship allowance/compensation
Internship can reach a total of 18 month for the whole length of the course. Most of them give rise to indemnities. These allowances enable partial financial autonomy for economical students, throughout the duration of the internship.
Grant
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Rural Affairs distributes grants to students according to family fiscal income. Attribution conditions are identical to the Ministry of National Education's conditions.
Grants (European, ministerial, regional) are often obtained to finance the different trips abroad which are part of the course.
Jobs
Some school services offer a few hours of mentoring (helping out other students with their studying) to students in need of financial support. Also, Purpan's junior company, which is managed by the students, regularly, offers hourly remunerated opportunities to participate in professional projects.
Honor Loans
ESAP Promotion Association is jointly financed and managed by the Engineers Association, the School and the Student's Office.
Starting from the second Year of studies onwards, this association can provide hono loans to students confronted with major financial difficulties, which include deferred repayment with interest.
Bank loans
Many banks offer student loans with interest rates which include deferred reimbursement until after the course has finished. |
